YMCAs are well positioned to have a positive impact on the lives of middle school age youth. Our middle-school programs offer experiences for young people to learn new skills, spend time with caring leaders, and discover new interests. These programs provide a safe, supervised setting that benefits each child, their family and their community. This program is available to students in the sixth and seventh grades.  The Goochland Family YMCA offers after school care for the sixth grade only.  For more information on teen programs, please visit our teen page.
